Pros: Says it lights up 230 feet but I can definitely see farther than that at night! Easy setup, very sturdy mounting bracket it comes with, overall great camera.

Cons: Be ready to buy a larger power pack cuz all those LED's suck some juice!

Other Thoughts: I wish there was a camera like this with a 3.6mm lens to see a wider view.

Pros: Excellent cameras for a good price. I now have seven ap-7000's and a number of other brands some of which are $400.00 cameras and the AP-7006, 7012 beats them all as far as I'm concerned.

Cons: Lens angle narrower than I anticipated. I used it over my garage to cover the driveway and it is great far but doesn't cover enough for me up close.

Other Thoughts: I'm going to move this camera to my backyard where it'll be perfect and replace this one over the garage with a 3.6mm camera with a wider angle so I can see more up close. It isn't worth dinging the camera for my lack of knowledge of the different lenses.
