Pros: attractive finish , came with some mounting screws, well constructed

Cons: The one center hole was not quite big enough for the top back nut fitting of the particular dome camera we mounted it on--not a big deal to file/dremel/redrill. Same goes with the threaded holes designed for the camera mounting screws--I had to redrill for the cameras we used. The material was easy to work with.

Other Thoughts: It's almost impossible to find a truly universal bracket given all the different makers and 'footprints" of cams out there. Maybe put a variety of holes in or include some long self tapping screws I would have given it 5 stars
