Pros: Easily to identify polarity (red & black) & good tight connection.

Cons: The leads are too short overall and some are shorter than that. It would
be nice if they were 6" - 12" to provide more length for proper wire
management.

Pros: Worked perfectly...just what I needed to connect my cameras to the Siamese cable. I used butt-splice connectors and it was a simple operation.
