Cons: I prefer the Euro-style (terminal) connectors. Takes up less space. Doesn´t look so messy because theres no need to use wire nuts.

Other Thoughts: Not Cons, but heads up: When stripping the wires, you will notice a bit of solder on the end. I ended up snipping it off because it was too brittle for my splices. Also, if you are using butt-splice connectors, be sure to get something larger than 22-18gauge. I had to end up trimming the insulation on the sides in order to get a solid fit.
