Other Thoughts: After a year it's still working just as good as when I bought it.

Cons: I'm still trying to find a way to conceal it without getting a reflection from the IR.
Yes you can see a glow of the IR lights from 30'.

Other Thoughts: I'm a rookie setting up a home security system and this is my first camera. This will be what I set the standards from and they are pretty high. I lucked out.
