Pros: I wanted a good camera with very good low light ability to use recording license tags as they drive on and off property. This camera did a good job and went to an great job when I added an IR illuminator about 3 foot from it. Then the tag would reflect at night even with the car lights off.

Cons: Update 2-14-12
I had some problems with the first camera after a couple of weeks use. After changing it out for a second one, I found out this camera needs a full 12+ volts when it is in night mode, IE: IR leds lit. I had around 250' of cat 5 feeding this camera. If the voltage drops, the camera will do strange things. I changed to a 13.8 volt wall wart, and the problems went away. Now I have 2 good cameras.
Update: 2-25-12 Since I had bought a second of these while I was getting the first replaced, I installed the replacement camera in place of a cheaper camera on another dvr. It failed with no video output. You can see the IR leds are still on, but no output. Quality control? At least Apex is standing behind them.
Update 3-16-12 picked up 5 more cameras, no problems with these so far.

Other Thoughts: Not as good as a regular license tag camera, but for the price, it does great. Part metal, part plastic mounting hardware is a lot better then the plastic ones!

Pros: This is easy to install camera and start recording qucikly. This camera has great recording quality and the Infrared viewing is also very good. A great camera in an area that doesn't need a variable zoom option.

Cons: No variable zoom option

Pros: Didn't mount these camera yet, plugged them into my TV, to see the quality, WOW, was I surprised. Color Quality was Excellent. Night Vision was Excellent. I saw the dust particles that was floating in my room with the night vision on. Camera's are worth the $$$

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: Would've preferred metal body than plastic.

Pros: Small, lightweight, good picture.

Cons: Cheap mounting bracket

Other Thoughts: For the price mounting bracket was expected.
