US Customers: We accept AMEX, VISA, Master Card, Discover, PayPal and bank wire. We do not accept checks, cashier checks, money orders or CODs. If your credit card "ship to" and "bill to" address are not the same, then the "ship to" address must be on file with your credit card company.

International Customers: We accept bank wire transfer.

PayPal Payments: All PayPal customers must have a verified PayPal account and confirmed shipping address. Orders paid through ineligible PayPal accounts will not be processed.

Government/School Purchase Orders: We accept Purchase Orders from all government agencies and schools. Please contact us at 972-312-1713 Ext 1 or fax your completed PO to 972-424-9755.


Domestic orders are shipped from our warehouses in Texas via UPS. All International shipping is done via UPS, FedEx or US Post Office.Orders received before 3:00 pm CST will usually ship same day. DVRs and other custom orders may take more than one business day to prepare for shipping. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Once your order has been placed and processed, your shipping address cannot be changed or updated. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We ship all orders over $200 as signature required by default. There is no additional shipping charge for this service. You may opt-out of signature required upon checkout if you are not able to have someone present for delivery of your order. However, in doing so you accept responsibility if the shipment is stolen or misplaced by the carrier.

Limited Warranty

Products purchased on or after January 1, 2014 carry a 2-year limited warranty unless otherwise indicated. Items purchased before January 1, 2014 maintain the 1-year limited warranty included at the time of purchase. ApexCCTV will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any products found to be defective during their warranty period. ApexCCTV will not honor any other warranty, implied or otherwise, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Intentional or accidental damage to the equipment resulting from the wrong voltage applied to the system, reverse polarity, power surge, lightning or improper usage will automatically void this warranty.

Technical Support:

We value your business and have compiled extensive documentation on various CCTV related subjects to ensure successful implementation of your project. You may download guides and tutorials, including setup and configuration for PC-Based DVRs, standalone DVRs cameras, etc by clicking here. We provide FREE lifetime phone support if you need technical help with any products you have purchased from us. We do not provide free phone support to configure your network, router, DSL and / or Cable Modem as each network is unique. However, we do provide paid network support at the rate of $129 per hour with a 30 minute minimum. You may purchase phone support by clicking here.


Buy with confidence! We have 100% positive feedback on our eBay store! Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the equipment is still in "as new" condition.

Return Policy:
  • Any new product, with the exception of software, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date so long as the equipment and packaging are in “as new” condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • As new” means that all returns inside the 30 day period should be undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Products must NOT be installed, mounted, or configured. The original packaging must be unmarked. No postmarks or labels may be on the original product box(es).
  • Special orders, custom built items and software may not be returned.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return items must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after the 30 day period.
  • After the 30 day period products may be returned for warranty repair/replacement only.
  • There will be NO refund, return or replacement if the user damages the equipment due to the wrong voltage applied to the system, reverse polarity, power surge or lightning.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns. Please see the RMA Help Section prior to the return of any merchandise for instructions on how to return your order. Any Products returned to us without an RMA will be rejected and/or sent back to you at your cost and expense. An RMA number is only valid for 14 days. ApexCCTV does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. If you pay to send the item back to ApexCCTV, we will repair or replace the item and ship it to you via UPS ground at no charge. ApexCCTV will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. We do not provide advanced replacements (also known as cross-shipments) for any product.

In the event the original equipment is discontinued or cannot be obtained in a timely manner for repair/replacement, ApexCCTV reserves the right to substitute the equipment with alternative equipment.

Remote Viewing:

Viewing the cameras and/or DVRs/NVRs remotely via a network are subject to end user available bandwidth. ApexCCTV makes no warranty implied or otherwise, including those of quality of remote video, number of concurrent remote users, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Price Match Policy:

ApexCCTV values you as a customer and wants to ensure that you receive the best price available. If you happen to find a lower online price that meets the terms and conditions below, we will not only give you 100% of the difference, but an EXTRA 10% on top of it. That’s 110% of the difference!   1. The product must be the exact same make & model.
  2. The product must be brand new and in its original box.
  3. The online merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.
  4. The product must not be a promotion or discount from the competitor from which the price difference is calculated.
  5. The online merchant must be an established U.S. non-auction site.
This guarantee does not apply to group sales, items designated as Clearance or Vivotek, Netgear, Samsung or Seagate products. We reserve the right not to sell a product below our cost and to limit quantities as necessary.

Product Review Guidelines

ApexCCTV reads all reviews as they are submitted. Reviews are publicly visible only after administrator approval, which usually occurs within 1-2 business days. We welcome your feedback, however, reviews containing any of the following may be rejected at our sole discretion:
  • Profanity, abusive or threatening language, or comments of an obscene or sexual nature
  • Hate speech or incitement of violence
  • Illegal content, including violations of copyright
  • Invasions of personal privacy
  • HTML, hyperlinks, URLs, or email addresses
  • Comments on products that were either physically damaged or misused
  • Replies to existing customer reviews; please do not attempt to initiate discussions here
  • Comments not relevant to the product being reviewed
  • Advertisements for or references to other stores or resellers
  • Comparisons to competing brands or products of competing brands
  • Criticism of's service or the service of our operations partners (UPS, Paypal, etc). Feedback of this type should be directed to our customer satisfaction survey

Attention Texas Customers:

If you are a tax exempt company in Texas and do not wish to be charged sales tax, please call in your order and let our sales staff know you are tax exempt. You will need to fax in your sales tax exemption certificate to 972-424-9755. We cannot refund your tax once the order has been placed online.

Attention International Customers:

International shipping is subject to custom and import fees that vary from country to country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost charged by ApexCCTV. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and pay for these fees. All international orders will be shipped via US Post Office to help reduce brokerage / import fees. ApexCCTV cannot assume responsibility for delays and extra charges that may occur during custom inspections of International shipments.

Limitation of Liabilities:

ApexCCTV does not represent that the products and services it sells may not be compromised or circumvented; that the product will prevent any personal injury or property loss by burglary, robbery, fire or otherwise; or that the products or services will in all cases provide adequate warning or protection. Customer understands that a properly installed and maintained video monitoring system may only reduce the risk of burglary or robbery, but it is not insurance or a guaranty that such will not occur or that there will be no personal injury or property loss as a result. Consequently, ApexCCTV shall have no liability for any personal injury, property damage or other loss based on a claim that the products or services failed to operate or give warning.
Neither ApexCCTV nor ApexCCTV’s affiliates, employees, or agents will be liable to customer or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or other damages, losses, allegations, claims, suits or other proceedings, expenses, liabilities or costs (including legal fees) including loss of profits, earnings, business opportunities or data, costs of procurement of substitute goods or services or personal injury (including death) resulting from, arising out of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, customer use of ApexCCTV’s equipment, services, or installation activities or customer reliance on any other use of the equipment or services.
Installation of video surveillance equipment is performed by third party independent contractors. ApexCCTV may assist the customer in finding local installers and help coordinate installation activities. However, under no circumstances shall ApexCCTV be held liable for damages to customer’s property, building, and personal injury, loss of profits, earnings and cost of procurement of substitute goods arising out of or in conjunction with installation activities. Any and all customer’s claims arising out of or in conjunction with installation activities shall be directed to the third party installer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the installer has proper liability/insurance coverage and/or properly licensed.
In no event shall ApexCCTV’s total liability for any or all breaches of warranty exceed the actual amount of hardware purchased by the customer from ApexCCTV.
ApexCCTV will not be responsible for the loss of any information/video. In the event of any loss in connection with ApexCCTV’s equipment failing, ApexCCTV’s sole remedy shall be the replacement of failed equipment.

Consent to Jurisdiction:

The customer agrees that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this Policy shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State and Federal courts located in the County of Collin, State of Texas. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of this Policy in any jurisdiction other than that specified above.
