Payments:
US Customers: We accept AMEX, VISA, Master
Card, Discover, PayPal and bank wire. We do not accept personal checks, cashier
checks, money orders or CODs.
International Customers: We accept PayPal
and bank wire transfer.
PayPal Payments: All PayPal customers must
have a verified PayPal account and confirmed shipping address. Orders paid through
ineligible PayPal accounts will not be processed.
Shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped from our warehouses in Texas, Florida, or California.
All domestic shipping is done via UPS. All International shipping is done via US
Post Office. Orders received before 3:00 pm CST will usually ship same day. DVRs
and other custom orders may take more than one business day to prepare for shipping.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. We
are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Once your order has been placed and processed,
your shipping address cannot be changed or updated. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We ship all orders over $100 as signature required by default. There is no additional
shipping charge for this service. You may opt-out of signature required upon checkout
if you are not able to have someone present for delivery of your order. However,
in doing so you accept responsibility if the shipment is stolen or misplaced by
the carrier.
Warranty
All products carry a 1-year warranty unless otherwise indicated.
Technical Support:
We value your business and have compiled extensive documentation on various CCTV
related subjects to ensure successful implementation of your project. You may download
guides and tutorials, including setup and configuration for PC-Based DVRs, standalone
DVRs cameras, etc by clicking here. We provide FREE lifetime phone support if you need technical help with any products you have purchased from us. We do not provide free phone support to configure your network, router,
DSL and / or Cable Modem as each network is unique. However, we do provide paid
network support at the rate of $129 per hour with a 30 minute minimum. You may purchase

Returns:
Buy with confidence! We have 100% positive feedback on our eBay store! Merchandise may be returned for
a refund or exchange for 15 days from day of receipt as long as the equipment is
still in "as new" condition. "As New" means that all items must be undamaged and
in their original cartons and packaging along with all accessories, documentation,
and parts. No wires or pigtails can be cut. The product exterior must be intact
and unmarked. The original carton must be in another "shipping" box. No postmarks
or labels shall be on the original box. There is no return on Clearance items. Shipping
costs are not refundable.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained visiting support.apexcctv.com prior to the return of any merchandise. An RMA number is only valid for 15 days. Apex CCTV does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, Apex CCTV will split the shipping costs with you. If you pay to send the item back to Apex CCTV, we will replace the item and ship the item to you at no charge. ApexCCTV will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. We do not provide advanced replacements for any product.

price available. If you happen to find a lower online price that meets the terms
and conditions below, we will not only give you 100% of the difference, but an EXTRA

- The product must be the exact same make & model.
- The online merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock and available for immediate delivery.

Attention Texas Customers:
If you are a tax exempt company in Texas and do not wish to be charged sales tax,
please call in your order and let our sales staff know you are tax exempt. You will
need to fax in your sales tax exemption certificate to 972-424-9755. We cannot refund
your tax once the order has been placed online.
Attention International Customers:
International shipping is subject to custom and import fees that vary from country
to country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost charged by ApexCCTV.
It is the responsibility of the customer to know and pay for these fees. All international
orders will be shipped via US Post Office to help reduce brokerage / import fees.
ApexCCTV cannot assume responsibility for delays and extra charges that may occur
during custom inspections of International shipments.
