Part 4: How to Setup and Configure FREE 16 Channel NVR Software for AVI2021Z, AVI202Z & AVI212Z IP Cameras

The next section that I am going to cover here is adding an addition camera to the system.

I am going to change the view from a single camera to a four camera. I am going to expand it out so you have a better idea of what I am doing here. And then all I am going to do is click on the add additional camera. Now I do not have a second one of these cameras setup as a demonstration however, but I can add this same camera a second time. I will populate my password and I will give it a different comment just so you can see it as a completely different system and click apply. And now I have got it there in my right hand side and it will show up in this window here as soon as I double click on it. Now you can see we are viewing the same video feed from two different cameras. Whichever camera I have highlighted is the one I will get audio from if I have audio enabled on the cameras. I can go up to 16 cameras on a single system but just for this demonstration I am going to leave it back down at two by two.

I have tabs along the bottom that allow to me switch back and forth between any camera that I have installed on the system. This second camera will act just like the first as far as the setup and how you want to configure it. I can disconnect and reconnect to that camera video feed at any given time. The only difference between my setup and your setup is that I will not be able to have two different schedules running on this because it is the same camera the IP addressing and all that the way the system deals with it will not allow me to have a separate schedule.

Aside from all that everything is completed you now have your system setup. If you have any addition questions or would like any additional information you can contact our knowledgeable sales or support staff.
