Overview

The Bullet IP Camera is an outdoor, fixed, network camera equipped with an automatic IR-cut filter and 3 IR LEDs for day and night surveillance. The camera supports H.265 video codec to achieve better compression ratio while maintaining high quality pictures at reduced network bandwidths. With Wide Dynamic Range Pro (WDR Pro), it can process scenes with contrasting intensities of light and produce clear image. The camera adheres to IK10 and IP67 standards and can be powered through PoE.

Wide Dynamic Range Camera

The image below compares what a video feed looks like with (right) and without (left) WDR on. Cameras without WDR have trouble monitoring spaces near exterior doors & windows because the harsh background lighting washes out details in the foreground. WDR corrects that.

24/7 Infrared Monitoring

Infrared cameras are great for monitoring low to no light environments. When there isn't enough visible light, the IRs flip on and the camera switches to black and white mode. You can see in the image below that the only visible light comes from computer LEDs and a red sign in the back corner. With the IRs on, you can see almost everything in this 50' long space.
