Shipping:

Domestic orders are shipped from our warehouses in Texas, California or NY via UPS. Our handling time is 1-3 Business days.  Custom DVRs and other custom orders or backorders may take more time to prepare for shipping. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Once your order has been placed and processed, your shipping address cannot be changed or updated. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We ship all orders over $200 as signature required by default. There is no additional shipping charge for this service.
 

International Orders:

Due to certain regulations with our brands, we may not be able to ship your order internationally. Please contact us directly for a quote, since our ordering system does not have international ordering capabilities.
 

Return Policy:

  • Any new product, with the exception of software, may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, so long as the equipment and packaging are in “as new, unopened” condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
  • As new” means that all returns inside the 14 day period should be unopened and undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included. Products must NOT be installed, mounted, or configured. The original packaging must be unmarked. No postmarks or labels may be on the original product box(es).
  • Special orders, custom built items and software may not be returned.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return items must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after the 14 day period.
  • After the 14 day period products may be returned for warranty repair/replacement only, directly to the Manufacturer of the same product.
  • There will be NO refund, return or replacement if the user damages the equipment due to the wrong voltage applied to the system, reverse polarity, power surge or lightning.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns. Please see the RMA Help Section prior to the return of any merchandise for instructions on how to return your order. Any Products returned to us without an RMA will be rejected and/or sent back to you at your cost and expense. An RMA number is only valid for 7 days. ApexCCTV does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned to the original manufacturer for direct replacement and not to our location.
